- Charging station operators who use the Volt Deo platform to manage their charging points.

We do not market or sell personal information under any circumstances.
When international data transfers are made, they will be carried out in accordance with the principles of legality, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality and responsibility, provided in the LFPDPPP and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), as applicable.
Volt Deo does not store complete credit or debit card numbers on its servers. All sensitive payment information is processed and stored directly by the payment processor under PCI DSS Level 1 security standards. Card tokenization is performed securely.
5. ARCO Rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition)
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data and know how it is processed.
- Rectify incorrect or incomplete data.
- Cancel your data when you consider it unnecessary or improperly used.
- Object to the use of your data for specific purposes.

Volt Deo will respond to your request within a maximum period of 20 business days, and the requested action will be carried out, if applicable, within the following 15 business days, in accordance with Article 32 of the LFPDPPP.

We have implemented administrative, technical and physical measures to protect personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorized use.
Despite this, no system is completely secure. We recommend that you keep your passwords and access credentials confidential.
7. Rights of Residents in Other Jurisdictions
