1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Volt Deo website ("Website") or any related service, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms") and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website.
2. Modifications
Volt Deo may modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the Website and take effect immediately. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
3. Permitted Use
You agree to use the Website solely for lawful purposes. You may not:

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

5.1 Payment Processing (Openpay)
For collecting payment for electric vehicle charging services through our mobile applications (iOS and Android), Volt Deo uses the services of Openpay as an authorized payment processor.
- Credit and debit card payments are processed under PCI DSS Level 1 security standards.
- Volt Deo does not store complete card numbers on its servers. Sensitive payment information is tokenized and managed securely.
- Charging stations may be operated by Volt Deo or by third-party operators using the Volt Deo platform. In both cases, payment processing is handled securely.
- Volt Deo uses a payment gateway for secure transaction processing. In the event of technical failures directly attributable to the payment processor, Volt Deo shall not be liable for such failures, but commits to managing any clarification or refund in favor of the user within 10 business days.
- In case of unrecognized charges or payment disputes, the user must contact soporte@voltdeo.com within 30 calendar days following the transaction.
Refund and return policies will be applied in accordance with the Federal Consumer Protection Law and the specific conditions of the contracted charging service.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials, trademarks, logos, and content on this Website are the property of Volt Deo or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.
7. Third-Party Links
Links to external websites are provided for convenience only. Volt Deo is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of third-party content.
8. Secure Access
Access to password-protected sections is limited to authorized users. Unauthorized access attempts may lead to legal action.

At Volt Deo's discretion, disputes may be referred to binding arbitration in Monterrey, Nuevo León, under the rules of the Cámara Nacional de Comercio (CANACO). The decision shall be final.
15. Limitation on Claims
Any claim must be filed within one (1) year from the event giving rise to it, or it will be permanently barred.
16. Waiver and Severability
Failure by Volt Deo to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver. If any part of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, represent the entire agreement between you and Volt Deo and supersede any prior communications.
